A specialist recruitment agency is seeking a Service Administrator to support compliance and candidate management processes. This office-based role involves conducting right to work checks and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed. The successful candidate will collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver seamless services. Expected hours are Monday to Friday from 8/8.30 am to 4.30/5 pm.
Service Administrator — Provide Education, part of Operam Education Group. We are a specialist recruitment agency placing temporary staff into schools. As a Service Administrator, you will support our compliance and candidate management processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with safeguarding standards.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you’ll play a key part in managing the candidate journey, from right to work checks to DBS processing, and ensuring that everything is fully compliant with industry regulations. You’ll also support the recruitment team, keeping things varied and collaborative while ensuring we’re delivering a seamless service to both candidates and schools. We are an office-based company. Your hours will be Monday - Friday 8/8.30 am - 4.30/5pm.
