The Role

• Demonstrate passion for customer service to provide a unique and memorable guest experience.
• Support your team in creating a positive working environment and striving for excellence.
• Use personable skills to respond effectively to different situations and customer needs.
• Manage large sections of guests during busy periods, ensuring impeccable service and attention to detail.
• Show a desire to advance your career and acquire new skills.
• All servers will start on a training rate (tronc). After successful training, the rate will be increased.
