Overview

Job Title: Serious Injury Litigator
Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Handling a range of multi track personal injury claims, typically RTA, valued between £25,000 and £100,000
• Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion
• Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council and clients
