SEO Specialist - B2B | London | £40-50k

Are you a curious, hands-on SEO expert with a passion for performance and all things web? We're looking for an SEO Specialist to join a talented digital team, working across enterprise-level B2B clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead technical and onsite SEO strategies, help shape the future of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and contribute to wider digital performance improvements including CRO, analytics, and more.

What you'll do
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for mid-market and enterprise B2B clients

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and optimise site architecture, content, and performance

  • Use SEO and analytics tools (SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA, CMS platforms) to track, report, and improve performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams across media, content, and digital optimisation

  • Advise clients on SEO best practice and performance improvements

  • Support the team in shaping and developing GEO solutions

What we're looking for
  • 3+ years hands-on SEO experience, ideally B2B

  • Strong technical, on-page, and off-page SEO knowledge

  • Experience working directly with clients and communicating insights clearly

  • Comfortable with CMS platforms (WordPress, Hubspot) and basic HTML

  • Proficient in SEO tools and data reporting

  • Curious, collaborative, and results-driven with a test-and-learn mindset
