We're searching for someone who's deeply passionate about SEO and organic performance, with strong analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and a curiosity for how search is evolving (including AI-driven discovery). Most importantly, this person should be confident communicating complex SEO strategies and results to clients in a clear, commercial, and engaging way.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
  • Own and execute medium to large-scale SEO strategies for B2B SaaS and technology clients, spanning technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building
  • Analyse organic performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and iterating strategies to drive sustainable growth
  • Ensure SEO efforts align with broader performance marketing goals, maximising organic contribution to pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition
  • Produce monthly client reports and insights, using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and internal dashboards
  • Identify growth opportunities across content gaps, technical improvements, internal linking, and competitor activity
  • Act as the primary SEO point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations clearly and proactively
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, and Content teams to ensure joined-up search strategies and consistent messaging
  • Identify inefficiencies in organic performance and implement prioritised optimisation roadmaps
  • Oversee technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, indexing, and tracking implementations
Benefits
  • £40,000 to £45,000 PA Salary
  • Remote Working (or hybrid)
  • Private dental and healthcare cover
  • Additional holiday days accrued each year (up to four years)
  • Your birthday off
  • One-month paid sabbatical after five years of service

  • 4+ years of experience within a digital marketing agency, specifically SEO roles
  • Proven experience managing and growing SEO campaigns.

Desirable
  • Exposure to AI SEO, best practices for visibility and reporting on success
  • Collaboration with paid media teams to align on search strategies
