Requirements And Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple clients to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve website performance
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
• Create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and keyword-rich content
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and make data-driven decisions to improve rankings
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on SEO performance data
• Keep pace with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing management, preferably within a digital agency
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent German speaker with excellent English proficiency
