Are you a Senior Waking Night Support Worker or Team Leader and looking for unrivalled personal development in a learning disability supported living environment?

Working across several supported living homes in Weston and Clevedon, you will be instrumental in leading a team of Support Workers to deliver care for adults with learning disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding care provider that is becoming the first choice for supported living in North Somerset.

In this role, you will contribute to the management and coordination of a team of support workers through supervisions, spot checks, staff rostering and medication observations.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for domiciliary care, live-in care, complex care, and learning disabilities support.

This role would suit anyone with a background in health and social care looking for progression and training to step up into a senior position.
