Overview

The Senior Vice President - Sales for BFS (Banking & Financial Services) will be responsible for acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets for WNS' services in the United Kingdom. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  1. Establish and cultivate revenue-generating relationships with C-suite executives at targeted firms, while rigorously pursuing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Manage the entire sales process from initial client communication through contract execution, serving as the primary point of contact for all prospect and customer interactions.
  3. Collaborate with WNS' presales and delivery teams to ensure proposed offerings align with customers\' business and technology requirements, providing comprehensive support during initial engagement phases.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive positioning analysis in conjunction with regional teams, while adhering to all WNS Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies.
  5. Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills to establish credibility, trust, and long-term business relationships with senior-level executives at leading BFS firms.
  6. Maintain strong sales management focus during extended sales cycles, typically ranging from six months to one year, and engage in regular travel to support lead generation, deliver presentations, and foster ongoing relationships.
  7. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand WNS\' market share and penetrate new industry verticals within the United States.
  8. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, providing ongoing coaching, and conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success.
  9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, create compelling sales collateral, and participate in industry events to enhance WNS\' brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  10. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management, offering insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and recommendations for improving sales strategies and processes.
