Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a management role within a Luxury Hotel, Data Centre, or High-End Residential environment.
• Proven experience as an HV Authorised Person within critical environments.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site specialist for all LV/HV electrical distribution and critical plant.
• Manage a team of multi-skilled engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure all reactive tasks and PPMs are completed within contractual SLAs and KPIs.
