Overview

Senior Technical Project Manager – Digital / Marketing Cloud / Databricks- £650 p/d Inside IR35 – 15-Month contract - London

A global digital company are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to take ownership of delivery and coordination across a new complex, multi-team program. They are embarking on a large-scale transformation to modernise their marketing data and segmentation capabilities and deliver a rollout of a new system globally. This initiative is in the early design phase and will require integration across multiple platforms and teams and you will be responsible for running the smooth delivery of this project, hitting key milestones and collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead delivery of the program across multiple technical streams.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (Marketing Effectiveness & Solutions Insights).
• Coordinate with our in-house data architect and technical delivery teams (data lake, Databricks, integrations).
• Manage engagement with our Salesforce Data Cloud implementation partner.
• Ensure end-to-end design integrity and cross-team alignment.
• Drive detailed planning down to the user story level.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs.
• Strong project management expertise – detail-oriented, structured, and delivery-driven.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Confidence and authority in driving decision-making and ensuring accountability.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Databricks is highly desirable.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors and in-house technical teams.
