Senior Technical Pricing Analyst - Home Insurance

This leading personal lines insurer is hiring for a Senior Technical Pricing Analyst for their home insurance portfolio. This role sits in the technical pricing and underwriting function, working closely with retail pricing, data science and product deployment teams to drive market leading risk pricing.

The role

As Senior Technical Pricing Analyst you will :

• Design, build and enhance risk pricing models for home insurance across a broad retail portfolio and range of perils
• Own data extraction, analysis and modelling to support pricing decisions and commercial strategy
• Collaborate with technical pricing, underwriting, retail pricing experts, data science and deployment teams to deliver robust pricing solutions
• Support pre deployment analysis, including rate impact calculations and scenario testing
• Monitor pricing performance, identify trends and recommend appropriate actions to optimise rates
• Contribute to project planning, pricing procedures and documentation to ensure best practice pricing governance
• Provide leadership, mentoring and training support to more junior team members
