Senior Technical Leads (Security) are responsible for the development of secure and highly available computing platforms, AWS, SaaS, Azure applications, and services. Utilising Technical expertise in multiple domains to develop technical product roadmaps and manage product lifecycles ensuring full alignment with DWP Strategy.
This specific role relates to SIEM using Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security.
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be a skilled Practitioner in Security solutions, specifically with Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security skills. You will lead in the design and operation of secure services and software in collaboration with Architecture and Engineering principles. With a focus on operational stability, robustness, resilience, availability, and quality, you will be accountable for secure solutions.
You will work in our Security Ecosystem team, supporting the delivery of Security related Projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment to Security best practice and compliance requirements. You will lead on technical decisions and approvals for solutions across the team. The Senior Technical Lead should provide technical input into business discussions to direct wider DWP strategy as required based on their deep technical experience in areas such as software development, site reliability engineering, devsecops, and solution architecture.
