• Awareness of CDM and Principal Designer responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design packages and track progress against the design programme.
• Chair and manage design team meetings, ensuring clear actions and issue resolution.
• Liaise with Commercial, Construction, Sales and other departments to align information.
• Review drawings for buildability, planning compliance and construction readiness.
• Manage statutory approvals and planning condition discharge.
• Review sub-contractor design inputs and coordinate technical content.
• Respond to sales and customer queries with accurate, timely information.
• Contribute to value engineering, product optimisation and technical handover documentation.
