As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you'll take ownership of your projects, driving technical excellence and ensuring schemes are delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all technical information, engineering details and working drawing packages to ensure developments are delivered as intended.
  • Secure all necessary approvals, including S104/S38/S278.
  • Coordinate consultants, manage surveys and reports.
  • Support design meetings and ensure information is issued accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Technical Coordinator or in a technical role within a residential housebuilding environment.
  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience across RIBA stages.
