• Provide Expert Technical Insight- Act as a go-to advisor, offering independent and holistic technical support for both local and wider hub areas.
• Champion Quality & Consistency- Help implement a unified approach to managing quality performance, ensuring best practices are upheld.
• Ensure Compliance & Standards- Support the Technical Assurance & Compliance Manager in rolling out policies that drive consistency and excellence across the network.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis- Serve as an impartial facilitator for technical reviews, ensuring thorough and effective Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
