A leading international law firm in Westminster is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to lead various domestic and international tax projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK tax from a prestigious firm and is proactive with excellent communication and teamwork skills. The Senior Tax Associate will be given the opportunity to lead as part of a team on a wide range of domestic and international tax projects. The role combines a strong M&A tax practice with a highly regarded tax planning, disputes and advisory team and predominantly involves a mix of transactional and advisory work. The role suits a person with a broad range of experience in all areas of corporate tax. Given our emphasis on client service, the ability to provide clear advice while having a strong understanding of the commercial context in which that advice is given is of paramount importance. All of our team play an important role in business development and you will be involved in developing and executing our business development strategy.
