Job summary

A leading global customer experience management company in the UK is seeking a proactive Systems Engineer (Level 2–3) with a passion for technology. This full-time position requires experience in maintaining and supporting IT systems, particularly Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions. Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years IT Systems Team experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and support skills.
• Organised, efficient and able to prioritise tasks.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, implement and decommission IT systems.
• Provide 2nd Line support for IT systems and cloud technologies.
• Assist in migration from and consolidation of legacy systems.
• Documentation and keeping systems updated.
