IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Start date: ASAP Subject to Clearance
Salary: Depending on Experience + Benefits
Location: Whitehaven, Cumbria
Hours of work: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Role information

As the Senior Systems Engineer you will design and implement PLCs and SCADA application software using Commercially Off The Shelf (COTS) products. You will work as part of a multi skilled team of engineers, working closely with our clients to provide systems engineering capability in two main areas for design, development and implementation, namely:

  • PLC Software design, development and implementation
  • SCADA Software design, development and implementation
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience
  • Knowledge of PLC / SCADA system design lifecycle
  • Previous Commissioning experience
Preferred qualifications
  • BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • IEC61131 PLC Coding Standards
  • Basic knowledge of Cyber Security standards (62443) and their implementation
