A local government authority in Greater London is seeking a Senior Surveyor for Asset Management. The successful candidate will drive the performance of a diverse commercial property portfolio, maximizing income and supporting the financial targets set by the organization. Applicants should be RICS-qualified with a strong background in the central London commercial property market and experience in asset management. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with a hybrid work model.
Senior Surveyor - Asset Management
£59,060 - £66,670 per annum inclusive of all allowances. In addition, this post also attracts a Market Forces Supplement of £7,000 per annum. The Market Forces Supplement is discretionary and may be withdrawn, reduced or increased during the future.
35 hours per week
Full Time, Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid – you will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.

The Investment Property Group is responsible for managing the City of London Corporation’s high‑performing commercial property funds. A senior RICS‑qualified Asset Manager will assist in maximising income and total return to achieve the City’s financial targets. The role includes driving the performance of an office, industrial and retail portfolio comprising multi‑let, FRI and ground lease assets in central London.
