A national care home provider is seeking a Senior Support Worker to oversee the day-to-day operations of a care home. This role involves leading a team to provide exceptional care to residents, particularly those with learning disabilities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. The position offers competitive pay of £14.50 per hour along with various employee benefits.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the care home, providing high-quality support to residents while leading and mentoring junior staff. You will be an advocate for the residents, promoting independence and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.
