About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Healthcare Assistants to deliver exceptional care. You'll oversee shifts, ensure care plans are followed, and provide hands‑on support to maintain a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising, supporting, and mentoring care staff
  • Overseeing shift management and implementation of care plans
  • Administering medication (training provided if required)
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and policies
  • Supporting residents' wellbeing, independence, and quality of life
  • Acting as a positive role model and promoting high-quality care
About You
  • Previous experience in a senior care or supervisory role
  • NVQ Level 3 (or working towards) preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to motivate and support a team
