A leading care provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join their residential home in Port Talbot. In this full-time role, you will support individuals with complex needs associated with autism and lead the team to ensure high service standards. You will have a QCF level 3 qualification and experience in a positive support environment. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career progression.
Senior Support Worker – Location: Coed Parc, Port Talbot. Hourly rate: £12.80 to £13.70. Full time: 40.25 hours per week.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our residential home in Coed Parc, where you will support individuals with complex needs associated with autism. You will assist in the day-to-day management of the home and help improve the lives of the individuals we support. You will play a vital role in both the home and wider organisation, acting as a positive role model to staff and our supported individuals. Our focus is to strengthen interests and aspirations by offering a holistic, engaging, and person-centred environment. You will need a passion for helping individuals live fulfilled and independent lives and will make a difference to the lives of people we support each day.
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
