Overview

Female* Senior Support Worker Darlington- £13.22 per hour

Shifts

Typical Shifts are: Monday to Sunday, 7:30am-3:00pm, 2:30pm-10:00pm & 9:30pm-7:30am.

Role overview

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service Darlington. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support with supervision.
  • Order medication and ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
  • Maintain focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered support where the Seniors remain at the heart of daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, brain injuries and complex needs.
