Salary: £27,080.21

Due to our continued success, we are recruiting an experienced and passionate Senior Support Worker for a specialist complex service in Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping people with complex needs and mental health conditions live a fulfilling and independent life. The individuals you support may show behaviours of concern or have a forensic background, and some may be supported under a care and treatment order or sections of the Mental Health Act. You will work closely with the service users to ensure they develop positive relationships and become valued members of their local community.
You will also support the management team in the daily running of our specialist service, which supports 10 service users across two services. Your responsibilities will include guiding and developing the support team, acting as a role model for excellent practice, and providing leadership in the absence of the manager.
