As part of a supportive team, you'll manage care plans and assist in achieving residents' goals. Ideal candidates have a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care and experience in care settings. Role Description
Join Our Team as a Senior Support Worker
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,383.50 per annum (£13.53 per hour) plus benefits
Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

About You
We are on the lookout for Senior Support Worker who is calm, patient, and resilient. You will need to have a consistent approach to assisting the people we support to engage in the interests they love.
Furthermore, as Senior Support Worker you will :
We are looking for people with the right attitude, who have an open mind, forward-thinking and a sense of humour. You will be available to work 37.5 hours a week including weekends.

At Waterside House we support 14 individuals with various disabilities including visual impairment, autism, physical disabilities, mental health and learning disabilities. Here are some of their interests and hobbies :
