If you thrive on performance, creativity and the determination to win, it’s time to be fearlessly Red Bull.

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Senior Strategy Engineer to be a part of our highly skilled Race Strategy department, working with our talented race team to ensure success, winning Formula One races and championships.

You will be managing real-time strategy across the race weekend, both trackside on the pitwall and from the operations room at our technology campus in Milton Keynes. You will work closely with the Head of Race Strategy developing the capabilities and efficiency of the department. You will be an integral part of the team, liaising with other groups on cross-department development projects, as well as designing and continued development of a wide variety of software, analysis and infrastructure tools.

You will:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role in motorsport, preferably having spent time trackside with a good level of responsibility.
  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant field (e.g Engineering, Maths, Science or Computing).
  • Ability to write software, ideally Python.
  • Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable managing more junior engineers and interacting with other senior engineers and management.
  • Willingness to travel to up to half the races and support others from our operations room.

At Red Bull Racing, we don’t just race—we engineer the future. Whether it’s redefining aerodynamics, or pioneering new technologies, our team is at the forefront of innovation. We thrive on ambition, resilience, and precision, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition. We believe in trust, collaboration, and backing each other to deliver at the highest level. With a competitive salary, we also offer:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme

  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!
