We’re looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Cardiology department at The Wellington Hospital, the UK’s largest private hospital and rated "Good" by the CQC. As part of the UK’s largest private critical care service, you’ll be joining a team committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous professional development.
In this fixed‑term role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality clinical care to patients within the Adult Cardiac Department. Acting as deputy to the Sister/Charge Nurse, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the unit, promote effective communication across the multidisciplinary team, and ensure safe and efficient patient flow. You will advocate for patients, uphold the highest standards of care, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
