The successful candidate will manage shifts, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The Olayan unit is a day care facility, providing intravenous chemotherapy and supportive therapies to patients with a wide variety of Solid and Haematological cancers. The unit offers a modern, pleasant environment to ensure comfort and a relaxed setting throughout the patient’s pathway. We are committed to providing the highest quality care and maintaining consistently high standards in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
We are looking for a highly motivated, positive senior staff nurse or an experienced band 6 looking to progress. The candidate will need a calm leadership style to support leading and managing a busy Daycare unit. You will be required to lead a team, manage shifts, and contribute to service improvement in a friendly, supportive day care setting.
