A leading healthcare provider in the UK seeks a full-time Diabetes Dietitian to deliver specialized nutritional advice for patients with diabetes. The role involves managing complex cases in both individual and group settings, supporting team education, and promoting research in dietetics. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic full-time band 7 Diabetes Dietitian, or a Band-6 dietitian with diabetes experience seeking to upskill in Diabetes, to cover a maternity leave position, to join our Imperial multidisciplinary Diabetes services team based at St Marys and Queen Charlotte's Hospitals. The post holder will be working in the outpatient setting, including one-to-one, face-to-face, virtual and group settings.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality, evidence-based service to outpatients. This will include specialist expertise to patients with: type 1 diabetes requiring insulin dose adjustment, pump support, technology and self-management skills support; as well as people with Type 2 diabetes and women with diabetes in pregnancy.
