Qualifications

• 5-7 years' PQE from a leading City or highly regarded real estate practice.
• Experience advising sophisticated developers, funds, investors, and operators.
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Acting on acquisitions for development, identifying constraints and solutions.
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including pre-lets and lease negotiations.
• Preparing certificates of title and advising institutional funds and lenders.
• Applying ESG principles across the asset lifecycle.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
