The Role:

KPMG Law is seeking an experienced mid-level corporate lawyer to join its growing Northern team, based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will have broad corporate experience across M&A, equity investments, and corporate reorganisations.

The role will involve:

1. Providing corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning establishing corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, and equity incentive arrangements, in each case, on a domestic and cross-border basis.
2. Building relationships with other KPMG teams and clients to develop and provide multi-disciplinary solutions.
3. Leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects in the UK and internationally.
4. Project managing and driving projects to conclusion.
5. Training and mentoring more junior team members.

Experience Required

4. Experience coordinating advice and legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions, delivering sound legal advice and exercising sound judgment.
5. Experience working with demanding clients across various sectors, with expertise in service delivery.
6. Demonstrable client relationship and business development skills, with a desire to further develop these skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing and expanding the team, participating in team and firm events, and delivering presentations internally and externally.
