Job Description

The Senior Solicitor will be:

  • Providing legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Supporting the organisation on governance, compliance and risk matters
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial documentation
  • Advising senior stakeholders across academic and professional services teams
  • Contributing to the development of policies, processes and best practice within the legal function
The Successful Applicant

The Senior Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with strong PQE gained in commercial law
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
  • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders in a complex, multi-faceted organisation
