• At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing, and code reviews.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Background in Agile methodologies.
• Eligible for SC Clearance.

They are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take a key role in rebuilding and modernising their software landscape. This is a unique opportunity to shape critical systems that underpin essential frontline services.
