  • Perform Mental Capacity Assessments and make informed Best Interest decisions.
  • Support the AMHP rota as required, extending working hours when necessary.

  • Conduct comprehensive social care assessments and develop personalised care plans under the Care Act
  • Manage and review case loads while maintaining accurate and timely records
  • Execute safeguarding investigations to ensure the safety and protection of service users
  • Engage in COPDOL work and manage complex 21a Challenges
  • Perform Mental Capacity Assessments and make informed Best Interest decisions
  • Support the AMHP rota as required, extending your working hours when necessary
  • Participate in monthly supervisions, team meetings, and practice groups to foster continuous professional development
  • Provide expert support within the team, driving collaboration and effective service delivery
  • Work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to use a hub on Wednesdays and Thursdays and other Council options on the remaining days
