We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £36 for this full-time locum position, with an initial contract up to 3 months. As part of The Joint Emergency Team (JET), which consists of professionals across Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and General Practitioners, you will be involved in offering crucial interventions and care solutions. JET is at the forefront of providing medical and social care services to those over 18 years in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

What you will do:

  • Co-produce care solutions using a person-centred approach which respects the unique needs of every individual.
  • Respond to crisis referrals, creating urgent social care packages and safeguarding responses.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive community-based support.
  • Take part in Continuing Health Care assessments for people in the borough.
  • Flexibly work late shifts and one weekend in four, where scheduled weekend shifts come with a prior Thursday and Friday off.
