What you will do
  • Lead the team in providing excellent service across referral, decision making, assessment, and case management processes.
  • Chair complex meetings and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality outcomes and team efficiency.
  • Manage more complex cases within the North Locality Team, focusing on children and families from 0 to 14.
  • Deputise for the team manager, handling day-to-day management, advising, guiding, and attending critical meetings or court hearings.
  • Ensure data and performance information are accurately recorded on the WCCIS system, providing constructive feedback for improvements.
