  • Operational Efficiency – Lead daily stand‑ups and workflows, promoting efficiency and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement – Embed best practices across the function and improve how we detect, respond to, and communicate security incidents.
What you will bring:

  • Technical Credentials – Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent, and a solid grasp of SIEM or XDR tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
  • Operational Versatility – Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Confidence – Skilled in building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from field operatives to senior management.
  • Continuous Learning – Eagerness to learn, develop, and share knowledge with colleagues, and stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.
