Job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor/Manager to lead and oversee survey activities at Heathrow. The successful candidate will ensure surveys are carried out methodically and accurately, following prepared documentation and coordinating with airport teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee survey operations during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with survey documentation and methodology.
• Compile detailed shift reports and provide accurate survey feedback.
• Isolate baggage equipment safely and verify systems stability during surveys.
• Ensure baggage operations are not disrupted and systems function correctly after isolation.
• Liaise with airport NABs (Nightly Activity Briefing) and ensure smooth handover post-survey.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards throughout the project.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• ESR 2.0 certification (minimum)
• Experience with Electrical Baggage Handling Equipment
• Previous experience working at Heathrow T3 (highly desirable)
• Valid Air-side Pass
• Familiarity with Heathrow permit processes
• Strong reporting and documentation skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Surveys will run from end of January through March (approx. 10 weeks).

Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and work independently.
