Overall Objective
To ensure that the overall construction process is effectively, safely, and efficiently managed.
Key Accountabilities
- Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and strive for best practice.
- Review and coordinate design and technical requirements appropriate to site-based activities during mobilisation and construction to ensure a timely, risk-managed programme achievement.
- Supervise all subcontract trades.
- Lead the construction process from estimating handover to full completion of all site activities/requirements.
- Ensure all logistics plans and health and safety plan updates are coordinated and implemented in line with various stages of construction.
- Coordinate subcontractors and material requisitions and deliveries to ensure an efficient build.
- Schedule works to meet production targets and achieve high-quality standards.
- Produce short-term programmes to support the above and engage wider trades.
- Ensure all working methods are performed correctly and to a high standard.
- Complete all required paperwork from site, including updates, health & safety, environmental reports, material returns, wage sheets.
- Maintain compliance with Esh Construction policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Implement new ideas/methods to improve contributions to organizational goals and uphold the company's reputation.
- Liaise with client representatives to ensure satisfaction and timely inspections.
- Produce progress reports and related documents for proactive communication.
- Handover housing sites on time with high standards of quality.
- Facilitate excellent customer care to residents and the community.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of health and safety in all activities.
- Participate in personal development and training opportunities.
- Promote fairness and equality in the workplace.

Experience & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of occupational experience
- 5-day SMSTS certification
- First Aid at Work certification

- Manual Handling certification
