Overview

We are recruiting Senior Site Engineers for a major HS2 civils package involving pumping stations, access roads and general civil works. This long-term role offers up to 3 years’ work with strong career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee site engineering and setting-out on civils / RC works.
  • Manage a team of engineers, ensuring accuracy of setting out, QA checks, and compliance with drawings/specifications.
  • Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating works.
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and site documentation.
  • Ensure health, safety and quality standards are upheld.
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Strong background in civils / RC works with self-delivery experience.
  • Proficient in setting-out using modern surveying equipment.
  • Ability to lead junior engineers and liaise with site management.
  • Familiarity with HS2 standards advantageous.
