Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of waste acceptance regulations and HSE segregation guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with site permits and waste acceptance regulations.
  • Oversee safe operation of the site and waste handling.
  • Develop and train chemists, and maintain stock rotation.
  • Monitor quality and compliance, and submit non-conformance reports.
  • Liaise with site management to implement day-to-day work requirements.

Senior Site Chemist

Location: Hinckley, UK

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm


My client is looking for a Senior Site Chemist to join our team based in Hinckley. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in a Site Chemist or Lab Chemist role for a Waste Management company.

You will be responsible for the safe operation of the site, waste handling, and liaising with site management to implement day-to-day work requirements and be responsible for training and developing fellow site chemists.
