This exciting new role will be a great opportunity for an experienced Midwife or Neonatal Nurse to be part of a multi-disciplinary team that looks at transitional care of the newborn and the ATAIN project. This role will focus on ensuring that the transitional care units are BAPM and MIS compliant, and to lead on the ATAIN reviews and any learning that comes from this. This role will involve quality improvement, data analysis, education, networking and unit management. As part of this exciting role you will also act as the lead for the new Transitional Care Unit that is on the footprint of the brand new NICU on the Luton and Dunstable site.
