Overview

Our client is an Automotive franchise-approved car dealer group and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Salisbury area.

For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £32,000.

  • Alternating early/late shift rota Monday to Friday. Week one: 8:00 am‑4:30 pm. Week two: 9:30 am‑6:00 pm. 1‑in‑3 Saturdays, 8:30 am‑1:00 pm.
Duties
  • Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle.

  • Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices.
  • Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work.
Qualifications

Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment, however, they have said they’re willing to consider candidates outside the motor trade, provided they have a full clean UK driving licence with minimal points and a strong track record in a similar customer service‑oriented role.

To be successful in this role you will be customer‑focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
