We are seeking an experienced Senior Server Specialist to lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex digital services across our IT hosting environments. Reporting to the Server Manager, you will provide expert technical guidance, support operational services, and contribute to shaping our digital strategy. This senior role requires autonomy, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation. Based primarily at Winchester Hospital, you will also work across Basingstoke, Andover, and satellite sites.
