Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Secretary to provide support to the Associate Director for Intermediate Care Services and Specialist Medicine and their senior management team within the Central Integrated Health Community.

Providing high level secretarial services to the Central IHC Management Team for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Associate Director for Intermediate Care Services and Specialist Medicine and their senior management team.
  • Provide high level secretarial services including diary management, supporting meetings and email management.
  • Assess situations, prioritise incoming information, address issues directly and escalate issues to the Associate Director as appropriate.
  • Support a flexible approach to work and manage a complex workload.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior managers, stakeholders and key administrative staff.
  • Be a team player and work on own initiative.
