A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their Transformation Change Team. You will act as a servant leader, facilitating ART events, managing risks, and ensuring transparency across multiple scrum teams. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the SAFe framework and excellent leadership skills. Allianz Specialty have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Scrum Master to join our family of talented people in the Transformation Change Team.
As Senior Scrum Master you will act as a servant leader and Agile Release Train (ART) coach who facilitates ART events and processes and supports teams in delivering value. You will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, help to manage risks, and drive relentless improvement.
You will further be responsible for ensuring cohesion and transparency across a group of scrum teams. As a senior in our agile ecosystem you will be expected to support the progression of Scrum Masters within the community as well as be an advocate for the agile way of working within the wider organisation.
Pay: Circa £70,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
