Were seeking an energetic, customer focused Retail Team Leader to join our clients expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and confident leader who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and loves motivating others to deliver a 5 star customer experience.

The Role

As a key member of the management team, you will lead shop floor operations, drive sales, and oversee a team of up to 10 staff. You will be the first point of contact for customers, hosting groups, managing busy weekend trade (500+ visitors), and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.

You will also play a pivotal role in training, recruitment, and staff development, ensuring consistent standards across customer service, sales, and operations. Flexibility and adaptability are essential no two days are the same in this varied and fast paced role.

What Were Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Natural confidence when leading teams and engaging large groups.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • IT literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated to exceed targets.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods (August toMarch).
  • Direct retail experience isn't essential what matters most is your leadership, energy, and ability to inspire others.
Pay & Benefits
  • £29,000 base salary + performance related bonus + uncapped overtime (potential earnings up to £36,000+).
  • 40 hours per week, shift patterns include: 2 out of 4 weekends 8:30-6pm (Weekend shifts have the potential to flex ). Up to 3 evening shifts per week, 2pm-10pm (1-2 evenings max if working the same weekend), Weekday shifts: 9am-5pm.
  • Closed during Christmas, Bank Holidays, Mothers & Fathers Day.
  • 30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
