Overview

Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager – Location: Bow, East London

My client is one of London's leading Independent agencies that have been established for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager with a driven and career focused attitude to join their Bow office. A competitive package is offered, including a car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and carry out Valuations and convert to listings
• Assess buyers and sellers' particular needs
• Arrange and carry out viewings and provide relevant feedback to necessary parties
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Respond to queries in a timely manner via email, face to face and telephone
• Maintain good working relationships with follow up sales

Requirements

• 2/3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
• Valuation experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Motivated and target driven
• Well presented and well spoken

Hours of work

• 9am -7.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 9am -6pm Friday
• 10am -4pm Saturday
• Work 2 Saturdays a month

Package on offer

• £29,000/£34,000 basic salary (includes £400 car allowance)
• Realistic OTE is £55,000 - £60,000
