A highstreet estate agency in Strood is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team. The role involves generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales negotiation, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive approach to client engagement, offering a competitive salary and OTE potential.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally with listing experience.
  • Full UK driving licence and your own car.
  • Tactful and articulate.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.

Senior Sales Negotiator

£22,000 - £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

£35,000 - £45,000 OTE, plus referral fees for mortgages and solicitors

8 : 30am-6 : 00pm Monday to Friday.

9 : 00am-5 : 00pm Saturday

( Every Saturday with a day off in lieu)

Our client, a well established award winning highstreet estate agency are expanding their team. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
