Overview
We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Senior Sales Associate to join a luxury retail team in London. This role specialises in Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order services, offering a bespoke shopping experience to a discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, highly skilled in clienteling, and passionate about delivering exceptional service within a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Clienteling
- Drive sales and consistently exceed personal and store targets through extensive product knowledge and refined sales techniques.
- Deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience, offering bespoke styling advice and tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle for both existing and new clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated service.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through Made-to-Order services, product launches, and exclusive events.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends and seasonal collections to provide cutting-edge style recommendations.
VIC Relationship Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of VICs (Very Important Clients).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with top-tier clients through regular, personalised follow-ups and tailored communications.
- Utilise CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history, and special dates, ensuring service is proactive and highly personalised.
- Support and participate in exclusive client events, fittings, and trunk shows to drive engagement and sales.
Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Demonstrate a proven track record of surpassing sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Consistently achieve personal and store KPIs, setting the standard within the team.
- Identify and nurture new VICs and high-potential leads through exceptional service and relationship-building.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, offering guidance and support in achieving their sales goals.
Store Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work alongside store management to ensure sales strategies align with business goals.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's aesthetic to reflect a luxury positioning.
- Collaborate with inventory and stock teams to manage product availability and ensure access to the latest collections.
- Provide leadership during busy periods, ensuring smooth client flows and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail, with a strong focus on clienteling and exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order services, delivering personalised, high-end solutions.
- Proven success in achieving personal and store sales targets in a luxury environment.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with experience handling a VIC client base.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, tailoring, and craftsmanship.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven.
